Open photoshop and set

Resolution 100
2. Write the text "MEDIA" with the Showcard Gothic Regular 300 PT
2. Rasterize the layer and use the eliptical marque too where you make a circle and press backspace to make the hole
3. Use drop shadow like in the image below and dublicate the layer 4 times
4. Save it in JPG
