Open Photoshop and set:

Width: 800 px

Height: 800 px

Resolution: 100 dpi

Shapes

- you need make each line 100 px thickness

- and the space between the lines should be 100 px

Gradient

- The color of the line will be a gradient that continues each segment according to the rule: first color of the first segment is R = 255. G = 0, B = 0, the second color of the first segment is R = 255-25. G = 0 + 25, B = 0, and the second segment starts with the color with which the first segment ended and continues with the one obtained by subtracting 25 from R and adding 25 to G, B always remains 0

Save it in JPG
