Open Photohop and set:
Width: 1000
Height: 1000
Resolution: 150
Make a circle and 4 small white circles that must be centered you have to make a square in the center of the circle that will help to decrease them and after using the subtraction operation use drop shadow and bevel emboss and at depth 131% and size 15, then equidistant them and makes 0 in a row and total of 100
And here we go.
